Esplanade’s are a sub-range of the Selkirk Mountains extending 320 kilometers from SE British Columbia to Oregon and Idaho. The highest mountain in the Esplanade Range is Cupola Peak at 2640 metres. Vista has five drainages to ski offering a myriad of terrain choices. Vista Lodge is located in a beautiful alpine meadow at the edge of Vista Lake near the source of Schlicting Creek. There are 5 guest bedrooms, 2 outhouses, propane heat, satellite powered radio, and a sauna with a change room.
